Madrona Chesapeake Bay Retrievers

News Flash:  Mistee has been bred, hopefully puppies coming soon!............ Max is a new International Champion and earned 2 Group 3's over Easter weekend.

Named after the Madrona Tree that is common to where we live, Gig Harbor, WA.

Gig Harbor is a small, rural community with access to Puget Sound, many lakes, and everything the Pacific Northwest has to offer.

 Our dogs are a blend of Hunting and Conformation lines to produce beautiful and functional dogs.  

The Chesapeake is a multipurpose dog, capable of Obedience, Agility, Tracking, and Therapy in addition to there reputation as exceptional Hunting dogs.

 Looks and drive make an exceptional Chessie, and an exceptional Family companion.
